This website uses no tracking cookies, stores no IP addresses and sends data to no third party. Below is exactly what happens during your visit — not general phrases, but the list of data our server actually writes down.

Who processes the data
The controller is RedBlue s. r. o., with its registered office at Pribinova 21/11, 901 01 Malacky, Slovensko. The full legal details are on the company details page, together with the contact for anything on this page.
What is recorded during a visit
The measurement runs on our own tool on our own server. It is not sent anywhere else, and exactly this goes into the database:

The daily fingerprint is produced by a one-way function from a salt that changes every day. Neither the IP address nor the device can be derived back from it, and after midnight the same visitor is already a different fingerprint. It is therefore not an identifier that would follow you over time.
The IP address and the full browser identification are processed only at the moment of the request — they feed the daily fingerprint and the protection against server flooding. They are not written to the database and they are gone once the request has been handled.
If your browser has “Do Not Track” switched on, nothing is recorded. Traffic from bots and search engine crawlers is not counted. Attempts to scan addresses that do not exist on this website are logged separately for security reasons — without an IP address and without the visit fingerprint, only the requested address and a rough identification of the bot.
On top of that, a technical server log with the IP address and browser identification is created; the hosting provider generates it on every request and it serves to operate and protect the server.
The contact form on this website sends nothing to our server. Once submitted, it only opens your email program with a prefilled message — we see the text only when you send the email yourself. The measurement records only that the form was submitted. No name, no email, no content.
What we do not do
- we store nothing on your device except the language you pick yourself
- we store no IP addresses
- we use neither Google Analytics nor any other third-party tool
- there are no advertising, social or tracking scripts on the website
- we load no fonts, scripts or other content from foreign servers
- we build no profiles and make no automated decisions
- we neither sell nor exchange personal data
Fonts, images and scripts are loaded from our own server. During your visit the browser contacts no external service — not even Google Fonts, the most common silent recipient of IP addresses on the web.
Cookies
This website stores a single cookie on your device: the two-letter code of the language you pick in the switcher, so that your next visit does not throw you back to your device language. The traffic measurement needs no cookies and has none. A strictly necessary technical cookie requires no consent, which is why there is no cookie banner here. There is one exception visitors never see: after the operator signs in, the non-public administration of the website sets a technical session cookie pws_session valid for 8 hours. Without signing in it is not set, and it has nothing to do with traffic measurement.
Legal basis
We measure traffic and process technical server logs on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). That interest is knowing whether the website serves its purpose, and keeping it running safely.
We kept the intrusion into privacy at the minimum that still makes sense: no tracking cookies, no stored IP address and no identifier that survives longer than a day.
If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or for pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Who receives the data
The hosting provider, which runs the server for us and acts as a processor. We send data to no analytics or advertising third party.

The servers and the backups are located in the European Union, so no transfer to a third country takes place as part of the hosting.
How long we keep it
Analytics records are deleted automatically after 24 months. Technical server logs are kept by the hosting provider within its own operational periods. We keep email communication for as long as the reason it was created lasts — as a rule no more than 24 months, or longer if the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, in particular, these rights towards us:
- Access — to know whether and what data we process about you (Art. 15)
- Rectification — to have an incorrect entry corrected or completed (Art. 16)
- Erasure — to request the removal of your data (Art. 17)
- Restriction — to request that we temporarily stop working with the data (Art. 18)
- Portability — to receive the data in a machine-readable form (Art. 20)
- Objection — to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
You can exercise them by email at info@proworksystem.com. Since the traffic measurement does not let us determine which records belong to you — the daily fingerprint cannot be traced back to a person — the rights apply in full to the communication you have with us.

We update the effective date above with every substantive change. If anything that collects data is added to the website, this text changes first — and only then does it go live.
